DMCA
At CastleMOD, we respect the rights of all trademark and copyright holders. All trademarks, registered trademarks, product names, and company logos appearing on our site belong to their respective owners. We follow the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by responding to valid infringement notices in accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws. If a valid claim is made, we may remove or disable access to the content in question. We will also attempt to contact the developer who submitted the content to notify them and provide an opportunity to file a counter-notification under the DMCA.
Before sending a Notice of Infringing Material or a Counter-Notification, it’s recommended to consult a lawyer to understand your rights and obligations under the DMCA. Below is a simple guide for filing a DMCA notice with us.
